Teachers talk to him about attending college, but is it even remotely possible? This first-hand account of the Mexican American immigrant experience offers a moving and enlightening read.

I’m using the Resource Package for Senderos Fronterizos as I read the book.
It’s like having someone with you to guide you page by page. Among the best features of the Package for me are the translations of some of the phrases that you wouldn’t be able to understand just by using a dictionary. Susanna gives you the meanings that the author intended!
